The website is provided by OCP North America Inc. (together, “OCP NA”).

- Information you provide directly to us. We may collect information directly from you such as when you apply for a job with us, fill out the forms on our website to get information, sign up for our newsletter, or communicate with us. This information includes:
- Contact Information, including name, phone number, and email address.
- Educational, Professional, and Employment-Related Information, such as whether you identify as a farmer/rancher or retailer/distributor, and if you apply to a job with us, your employment and education history, professional licenses, date of birth and/or age (where permitted by law).
- Information from website use. We automatically collect some or all of the following types of information when you visit the Services:
- Information about your device, such as your hardware model, IP address, other unique device identifiers, operating system version, browser type and settings, and information about your screen resolution and language settings.
- Information about how you use the Services, such as information about the Services you use, pages you visit before and after the Services, time and duration of your use of the Service, and any information stored on cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

If you access third-party services, such as Facebook or Twitter, through the Services to login to the Services, such as to complete the Take Action form or to share information about your experience on the Services with others, these services are outside our control. These third-party services may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity on the website, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the website, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
4. Security
We have reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures in place to protect information against the loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration. However, no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under the age of 13, unless permitted by law, or target the Services to children under 13.

The Services are designed for and targeted solely to U.S. and Canadian audiences and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. and Canada. We make no representation that the Services are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations. We collect this personal information directly from you and from other categories of sources such as: you, organizations with which you are affiliated, our service providers, social media networks, and other publicly available resources.
We may use the information we collect for business or commercial purposes, including: to provide you access to and use of the Services, fulfill your requests, communicate with you, to analyze and improve the Services, to help keep the Services effective and secure, and for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.

10. Your Rights

You may have the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you in a portable format or other information about our data processing practices, as well as the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you. We do not sell personal information to third parties or share personal information with third parties for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising (or “targeted advertising), as those terms are defined under applicable laws.
- Shine the Light: California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
- Do Not Track: Some web browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals to websites. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

11. Updates
We will update this privacy policy from time to time. When we update the privacy policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” date above and post the new privacy policy.
